• Rates are subject to change at any time.
• The Tower room is $10 extra.
• Rates are for 1-2 adults sharing, each additional person - $25
• Children under 12 - No charge
• There is an additional 9% New Hampshire lodgings tax.

• Normal check-in time is 4:00 PM, but earlier if the room is available.
• No pets allowed.
• A minimum 2 day stay is required from Sep 28 - Oct 8, 2012*

A reservation can be made via e-mail, but is confirmed by telephone with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

 A cancellation must be received at least 24 hours before check-in. (4:00 pm the night before scheduled check-in time) Otherwise, one day's rate will be charged to your account if we are not able to rent the room.

*SEPT 28, 2012 - OCT 8, 2012:

• A cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before check-in. (4:00 pm two days before scheduled check-in time) Otherwise, two days' rates will be charged to your account if we are not able to rent the room.
• If you stay the first night, and cancel the second night, two days' rates will be charged to your account if we are not able to rent the room.
